I have more than 25 years of experience in the Information Communication Technology market. Consulting capability, flexibility, passion for the Customer engagement. Experiences in Direct Sales (Farmer, Hunter, Frontline Sales Manager), Channel Manager (Developing and Management of Indirect ICT Channels), (Marketing and Sales workgroup management) Sales Director; Capability to deal with structured-branded offers as well as with unstructured no-branded offers. Running start-up; work experiences in complex-multinational companies as well as in national System Integrators. At the moment Sales Director of a System Integrator focused in the growing Cloud and Digital Innovation environment.
I started my career as a software developer because I wanted to have a tech background and then I jumped into the sales arena first as sales engineer mainly involved in the support of the Telecom Italia Sales Channel (Ascom); then as product manager in a multinational company creating and supporting the PBX Reseller Channel (Panasonic). From a mono-brand product sold in an indirect channel to a direct sales arena of a huge multi brand portfolio as Top Customers Account Manager (Telecom Italia). I was one of the best performer in selling new offers and then I was asked to support the management of Telecom Italia in the launch of internet solutions (TIN.it). Based on the this successful experience I was engaged by Albacom-BT as B.U. Manager for the management of the ramp-up of the new Internet Division; then as Sales Director of a complete new ICT-company (Sequenza).
Then the leap from the Telco market to the pure IT environment with another challenge: Business Development Manager in DS Group (Hunter of new Customers and Farmer of Large Enterprise Customers for the sales of IT solutions, CRM - Mobile Solutions – Unified Communications Microsoft OCS-Lync). Due to my mixed know-how in the IT and Telco environment I was engaged in Mitel as Country Development Manager for the Value Added Services and Cloud Communications Solutions. The last challenge is my present job as Sales Director of 4ward with the main goal of supporting the Board of the Company structuring and management in order to achieve the forecasted outcomes in the growing and challenging Cloud and Digital Innovation market.
