Antonio is the Chief Marketing Officer of ZTE Italia s.r.l driving Presales and Marketing activities. He is also Board Director in ZTE Italia Innovation & Research Center in l’Aquila.
He is building up the pre-sales team selecting talents from the market and driving the ZTE entire product portfolio positioning in the market and driving main Pre-sales activities with ZTE Customers in Italy in their 5G, Virtualization, Cloud and IoT Transformation.
Antonio Joined ZTE in March 2017 after almost 30 years of experience in Enterprise and Telco market in Europe having worked for companies like Ericsson, Atos, Datamat, Digital Equipment, Fiat.
Before joining ZTE Antonio had many Managing positions in Ericsson where he drove, in the last 17 years, Marketing & Strategy, PreSales, Delivery and Sales teams. In the last 4 years in Ericsson he was in charge of Pre-sales for the Core Network, IoT and Cloud offering for customers in Mediterranean Europe, Nord Africa, Balkans, Nordic Countries, Russia and CIS countries.
From 2006 to 2012 he was Key Account Manager for Telecom Italia Mobile and Head of Sales for Global Customer Unit Telecom Italia with responsibility in Italy, Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil.
He has a 110/110 Master degree in Electronic Engineering. Antonio completed executive management trainings:
- Key Account Executive Management training in Sweden and Italy (Ericsson Leadership curriculum in Sweden, Duke University, and London Business School in UK
- Executive Leadership at Boston University School of Management in US • Strategy & Marketing Executive program at Chicago Northwestern Kellogg Executive School of Management in US
- Shenzhen ZTE University (High-Level Marketing & Technology ) in China
